Everytime a set is broken up, do 6 ball slams before completing the set.  If all sets are unbroken, you don’t have to do any ball slams.  Rx’d ball slam weight is 30/25

    Attempted a modified 13.3 workout at lunch

    150 thrusters (2x 20lb dembell)
    90 double unders (not a speed rope)
    11:28

    NERD ALERT:

    To determine the substitution, I calculated the ft-lbs of work for a thruster w 40lbs vs. a 20lb wall ball with a 10ft target for me:
    thruster: 486 ft-lbs
    wall ball: 487 ft-lbs

    Nice workout Garett!

    I like the ft/lbs conversion, but this is Canada. Next time I would prefer Nm to get total work output!
